About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead seasonal sales, receipt, margin, and style-color count targets for US Wholesale
  • Develop and execute US Wholesale assortments aligned with consumer requirements and financial targets
  • Collaborate with Regional Merchandising on future needs, innovative product, and marketplace execution
  • Build partnerships with DTC, distributors, Product, Marketing, Ecommerce, Operations, Supply Planning, Merchandise Planning, Consumer Data & Analytics, and DTC partners
  • Present seasonal merchandise strategy and goals, inventory targets, and top-down objectives
  • Deliver presentations at GTM milestone meetings, QBRs, and MBRs
  • Partner with Merchandise Planning and Marketing to align forecasts with product initiatives, brand strategy, and demand plans
  • Analyze retail metrics to identify in-season opportunities and create profitable growth plans across categories
  • Champion Teva values and culture and foster a diverse, inclusive workforce and environment
  • Promote high standards for collaboration and teamwork, identifying synergies and establishing common goals
  • Travel 15–20% annually

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in footwear and/or apparel merchandising, preferably in wholesale merchandising and planning
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and retail math
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Ability to influence and drive results through collaboration, accountability, and stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated leadership in product assortment development and brand and business results
  • Experience leading and influencing cross-functional partners in a matrixed environment
  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify opportunities, assess marketplace trends, and develop actionable strategies
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences
  • Willingness and ability to travel 15–20% annually
  • Must reside in one of the approved states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, or Washington
