About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and execute global and APAC plan renewals.
  • Serve as project manager tracking tasks and timelines.
  • Participate in renewal meetings and analyze documents.
  • Manage Canada benefits administration and vendor partnerships.
  • Partner with payroll, finance, and internal teams.
  • Manage expat health plan eligibility and Global Mobility cases.
  • Support global benefits reporting, systems, and projects.
  • Analyze benefits data and maintain Workday benefit plan setup.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Professional Employee Benefits designation is a plus (CEBS, IFEBP, CBP).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in employee benefits or related field.
  • Global or multinational benefits experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting APAC countries or international benefits renewals.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. and international benefits principles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong reporting, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Workday, Canva, AI tools.
