About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate and execute global and APAC plan renewals.
Serve as project manager tracking tasks and timelines.
Participate in renewal meetings and analyze documents.
Manage Canada benefits administration and vendor partnerships.
Partner with payroll, finance, and internal teams.
Manage expat health plan eligibility and Global Mobility cases.
Support global benefits reporting, systems, and projects.
Analyze benefits data and maintain Workday benefit plan setup.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Professional Employee Benefits designation is a plus (CEBS, IFEBP, CBP).
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in employee benefits or related field.
Global or multinational benefits experience strongly preferred.
Experience supporting APAC countries or international benefits renewals.
Strong knowledge of U.S. and international benefits principles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in a cross-cultural environment.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong reporting, analytical, and project management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Workday, Canva, AI tools.
