About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and schedule monthly brand clinics, delivering engaging and informative training sessions
- Create fun and memorable learning experiences for retail staff and consumers
- Coordinate and manage demo and event schedules, delivering high-energy, product-focused experiences
- Drive consumer excitement and retail sell-through at events and activations
- Build and strengthen relationships across key partners, bringing energy and authenticity to every interaction
- Establish credibility with leadership and stakeholders
- Manage and prioritize a dynamic schedule, communicating clearly and consistently
- Track and report all field activity to ensure transparency and accountability
- Manage territory-based travel and logistics, supporting out-of-territory events and activations

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Experience with one-on-one service, fitting, and selling of technical running footwear
- Familiarity with all products offered by HOKA
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications, especially Outlook
- Experience with consumer-first strategy and maintaining professional relationships
- Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with peers, superiors, sales reps, and retail staff
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
- Proven record of follow-through and ability to prioritize workflow
- Demonstrate authenticity, champion diverse and effective teams, drive strategy, cultivate innovation, deliver results, and build connection
