About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate throughout Supply Chain process to drive change through data
Develop key reporting structures, automated dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for variety of Trade Procurement metrics
Design new reports and transform data into meaningful visualizations to be shared throughout organization
Identify and correct discrepant data to ensure reporting and dashboards are accurate
Utilize Infor Nexus to create Trade Procurement reports and dashboards
Utilize Oracle BI and Tableau for operational and inventory dashboards
Support Trade Procurement projects
Manage onboarding activities for integrating Logistics Services Providers to Nexus

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mathematics, or related field of study
5 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Procurement or related Analytics occupation
Master’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mathematics or related field of study and 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Procurement or related Analytics occupation may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree
Demonstrated experience with Tableau, Supply Chain Intelligence, or Microstrategy
Using a major ERP system; Oracle, SAP or Infor
Turning raw data into meaningful outputs for business decisions, notably on-time performance indicators and forecasting
Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, graphs, visualizations, macros)
Data management tools to analyze supply chain metrics and KPIs
Directly communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Working within a large, global corporation that has at least $500 million in revenue per year
Procure to Pay experience
Statistical methods including working with various KPIs related to global logistics and supply chain; calculating Mean, Median, Standard Deviations and Correlations; time performance metrics, frequency distributions, and histograms.
