About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as an inspirational Line manager to HOKA Store Managers, ensuring all teams are aligned with a clear brand vision and measurable business objectives
  • Communicate regularly with your stores on a weekly basis via visits, virtual and written correspondence
  • Grow outlet stores sales year on year and maximize store profitability as well as manage regional new store opening opportunities and refits
  • Drive excellence across outlet store business models
  • Work collaboratively with the EMEA Retail function to deliver DTC business strategy and goals
  • Ensure all business activities are compliant with local laws, regulations, and operating policies across your region
  • Drive stores to exceed customer service standards at every customer touch point
  • Coach and develop HOKA Store Management to optimize performance and provide succession for the business
  • Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of Store Management
  • Travel regularly within the region and internationally as required
  • Champion Deckers values to ensure they are at the core of our business.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Outlet retail management experience in a similar industry
  • An affinity with the HOKA brand journey
  • Experience as an established multi-site manager is a plus
  • An understanding of Employee Relations and HR policy and procedure in your region
  • Fluency in English is a requirement for this role.
