About the role Serve as a first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries related to People programs, policies, and day-to-day PX services Respond to questions through multiple channels (ticketing system, email, Teams) and escalate appropriately Educate employees and managers on self-service tools and available resources Manage the PX inquiry queue ensuring timely response, accurate routing, and consistent tracking of tickets Act as the communication liaison for PX-led initiatives, policy updates, and other employee-facing content Prepare and respond to documentation requests (employment verifications, legal inquiries) Execute a wide range of Workday transactions including job changes, organizational updates, promotions, one-time payments Collaborate with managers and PX/functional partners to ensure transactions are accurate and compliant Troubleshoot system or process issues and escalate complex cases to People Tech or PX Leads Draft and edit employment documents including job change letters, promotion offer letters, and employment verification letters Maintain digital and physical employee records in alignment with recordkeeping policies and legal requirements Manage end-to-end unemployment claims and employment verification processes Oversee PO and invoice processing related to People Success vendors and programs Administer and support employee programs such as Tuition Reimbursement and Electric Vehicle/Commute incentives Own the end-to-end onboarding process for contingent workers including background checks and Workday processing Contribute to documentation of People Success processes, SOPs, and employee resources Identify trends or recurring issues and flag opportunities to improve service delivery Participate in PX projects and pilots offering frontline insights Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred Prior exposure and/or experience in an Administrative, Human Resources or People Operations role preferred Experience with HR systems and HR transactions (e.g., Workday) preferred or implied Ability to handle confidential documentation and employment verifications Strong communication skills to respond to employees and managers across channels Experience with PO and invoice processing and vendor program administration preferred Competitive Pay and Bonuses Financial Planning and wellbeing Time away from work (paid time off) Extras, discounts and perks (generous discounts, community-based programs) Growth and Development (personal and professional development opportunities) Health and Wellness (comprehensive health and wellness programs and offerings) Copy ATS Keywords Tip: use these terms in your resume and cover letter to boost ATS matches.
