About the role

  • Report to Head of PR and oversee strategy, development, and execution of pinnacle brand experiences across the EMEA region
  • Create and execute PR, influencer, and community events that resonate with target consumers
  • Drive short- and long-term Experience and Events strategy and execution in key EMEA cities
  • Build event strategy and develop robust, engaging, culturally nuanced event concepts for target markets and cities
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to review concepts (e.g., Feel House) and reinterpret for EMEA as appropriate
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand, trade, and media to maximize events and bring them to life
  • Lead internal communications around events, sharing details with cross-functional teams
  • Deliver KPI reports to inform future Brand Experiences strategies and create event recaps summarizing learnings and opportunities
  • Own logistics including critical path, event one-sheet, vendor selection and management
  • Suggest and onboard partners to amplify the brand story and contribute to guest lists
  • Manage event budget, include all event items, and submit invoices
  • Share industry best practices and competitor examples monthly and continually research new venues/vendors and experiences-related opportunities
