About the role
- Lead daily operational functions for the First Sale program
- Manage broker entry reporting, including report creation and distribution
- Utilize ACE and InforNexus for customs reporting
- Prepare and manage duty chargeback reports
- Conduct monthly compliance checks and audits
- Coordinate post-entry audits and corrections
- Provide custom reporting and analysis on tariffs and duty costs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customs compliance, trade operations, or import/export operations
- Proficient in ACE, InforNexus, and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Strong understanding of U.S. customs regulations and global trade practices
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
