About the role
- Develop and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with regional distributors to drive brand growth, visibility, and sell-through across EMEA
- Act as liaison between HOKA EMEA central marketing team and local distributor partners
- Act as the marketing contact for all distributors across EMEA and collaborate with all areas of marketing
- Brief all distributors on seasonal goals, objectives, brand strategy and target consumers
- Drive key and secondary city strategy implementation in region; receive and review pitch-backs from distributors
- Align with internal marketing teams on approval of distributor plans and provide feedback
- Partner with distributors to ensure activations are on-brand and aligned with strategy
- Act as a brand champion, monitor impact and push back with considered rationale when needed
Requirements
- Strong project management skills and systems knowledge
- Commercial mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to localize global marketing strategies while maintaining brand integrity
- Culturally sensitive and adaptable; able to build trusted relationships across cultures
- Authentic communicator with strong cross-functional relationship skills
- Hands-on, solution-oriented and creative thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Experience managing distributor or third-party marketing relationships across multiple markets globally (preferred)
- Understanding of the EMEA region and market nuances
- Experience in sports, running, fitness or lifestyle brands is a plus
- Fluency in written and verbal English is essential
