About the role
- Lead and shape global retail programs that align with Deckers’ brand and business goals. Drive operational excellence by developing and enhancing consumer-centric service initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with global and regional teams to ensure seamless execution and localization of programs. Communicate with clarity and consistency, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout every phase. Measure success meaningfully, using KPIs and metrics to track progress and continuously improve.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in retail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). Strong understanding of global retail operations and consumer experience strategies.
