- Own the strategy for seasonal planning, partner activations, and storytelling initiatives that elevate HOKA’s presence in fashion-forward retail. Build and nurture relationships with top-tier boutique partners, serving as the primary marketing contact. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Creative, Brand Marketing, and Integrated Marketing to bring bold ideas to life. Lead visual merchandising campaigns and in-store experiences that resonate with style-savvy consumers. Analyze performance, manage budgets, and deliver insights that drive growth and loyalty. Requirements
- Have 6+ years of marketing experience in wholesale, brand, or experiential marketing—ideally in footwear, fashion, or lifestyle. Know the ins and outs of boutique retail environments and digital marketing. Are skilled in budget management, performance tracking, and presenting to senior stakeholders. Bring a competitive spirit, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for culture and community.
