About the role

  • Lead day-to-day tasking and cross-team coordination for IT transformation projects
  • Build and manage project schedules; track milestones and dependencies
  • Drive risk management (identify, mitigate, monitor) across workstreams
  • Oversee quality management to ensure work meets standards and objectives
  • Produce and deliver performance management reporting to stakeholders
  • Conduct/coordinate technology assessments; guide system design and systems analysis
  • Provide programmatic support, including quality assurance, acquisition planning, and budget planning

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance required
  • Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing IT transformation projects
  • At least two (2) years of the required experience must be directly related to Network Operations (NetOps) C2–related work
  • PMP or ITIL v3 Intermediate certification required (ITIL 4 Managing Professional preferred)
  • Experience managing enterprise IT service desk operations and end-user support in a Navy or DoD environment
  • Familiarity with QASP-aligned quality control, CDR/metrics reporting, and audit-ready documentation
  • Knowledge of Navy/DoD cyber and OPSEC requirements
  • Proven success leading multi-shift, on-site teams
