Project Manager

• Deliver an agile/scrum software development methodology to execute on SBIRTT approved requirements.
• Implement SBA Product Owner’s requirements and priorities and ensure visibility of progress using the Scrum methodology.
• Lead key scrum events (Sprint Planning, daily standups, backlog review) and pre-release demo for Product Owner’s approval.
• Coordinate with internal SBA stakeholders including the Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO)
• Translate business requirements into user stories, approved by the Product Owner for successful development and release.
• Provide relevant and necessary supporting documentation to facilitate annual system authorization and accreditation (A&A) processes through SBA.
• Ability to be responsive on communications regarding deliverable status, priorities, blockers, and emerging issues and suggest resolution steps.
• Responsible for onboarding and offboarding of contractors.
