• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective actions, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state (Florida), and local employment laws and regulations.

Senior Human Resources Generalist

• Provide superior customer service support to DHR clients and employees regarding benefits.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and field partners via calls, faxes, and emails.
• Provide support for new client enrollment in DHR benefit programs.
• Answer certain incoming phone calls for the benefits department about health plans and providers.
• Perform large data entry and reconciliation projects within reasonable timeframes and with high levels of accuracy.
• React within specified time frames to all inquiries and maintain superior client relationships.
• Provide ongoing support for clients enrolled in DHR benefit programs.
• Research and resolve basic product and service issues from the field, clients, and their employees to maintain accurate and timely responses.
• Document information to track interactions and the resolution of issues.
• Guide clients and their employees regarding product offerings, including setup and use of Health & Benefits online portals to ensure optimal client retention.
• Interact with carriers and vendors to resolve customer needs.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
• Proactively strive to solve client issues that are benefit-related and seek assistance when the solution isn’t easily obtained.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) with hands-on experience reading and interpreting ACA eligibility reports and ensuring compliance with ACA requirements.

Customer Success Manager

• Serves as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business of clients.
• Evaluates and analyzes client and employee requests quickly, assess the best resource and/or appropriate resolution, communicating the resolution in a timely manner.
• Proactively escalates issues on the client’s behalf to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follows through on all client referrals to internal department resources to ensure a timely response.
• Tracks and records client interaction in Salesforce.
• Maintains current knowledge of organization policies and procedures.
• Provides excellent customer service to client and employee while maintaining confidentially.
• Provides employment-related data and prepares required reports for clients in a timely manner.
• Present to clients via webinar or onsite demos of HRIS systems and/or training.
