Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and XAML
Hands-on experience building and shipping applications with .NET MAUI
Practical experience with AWS services relevant to application development and deployment
Able to deploy to Android and iOS
Proven ability to work independently while leading or coordinating in small teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience collaborating directly with non-technical stakeholders (founders, product owners) to clarify requirements, solve problems, and prioritize work
Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals: version control, testing, CI/CD concepts, and clean architecture
Legally allowed to work within the Philippines
