Oversee digital marketing campaigns from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting
Prepare and manage insertion orders to ensure that campaign details and client requirements are clearly outlined
Gather and organize all required assets for digital campaigns
Assist with periodic invoicing and tracking of payments
Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
Work closely with cross-functional teams and the advertising director
Create B2B emails to customers and prospects alerting them of new research, products and opportunities

Strong verbal and written communication skills with an outgoing personality
Persistent with the ability to multitask
Attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment under deadlines
Strong computer skills with knowledge of GSuite products, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Canva products
Knowledge of digital media and metrics is a plus
