About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and custom APIs.
Develop and manage flows, process builders, and declarative automation tools.
Architect and implement data models, sharing rules, and security frameworks aligned to enterprise standards.
Lead integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware platforms.
Optimize platform performance, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related OR a combination of education and experience
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Languages: Apex, SOQL, LWC, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, event-driven architecture
Tools: Salesforce DX, Git, VS Code, Jira, Confluence
Clouds: Demonstrated experience across 2+ Salesforce clouds
DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, sandboxes, change sets, and deployment best practices

Salary - This position is a range of salary grades 7-8.
Grade 7: $99,600 – $166,600
Grade 8: $115,000 – $192,900
