Design and maintain scalable declarative solutions (Flows, security model, data structure, reporting)
Enforce standards for automation design, configuration governance, and sustainable platform practices
Ensure alignment between data model, permissions, and integration touchpoints
Monitor platform reliability and proactively address issues
Support structured release, documentation, and validation practices
Translate business requirements into supportable platform designs

Requirements

5+ years hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience
Deep expertise in declarative solutions and security model design
Experience supporting Salesforce integrations (custom and/or managed packages)
Strong systems thinking and independent execution
Excellent written communication skills.
Salesforce Administrator certification(s) preferred
Experience supporting Revenue Cloud / CPQ or Service Cloud preferred
Experience working within structured governance and release models preferred
