Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the NFT trading product experience at Magic Eden
Define product vision, roadmaps, and goals in alignment with the company's overall strategy
Be a strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
Define the vision for the future of NFTs
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on the NFT and crypto industry trends and competitor activity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize new initiatives, features, and improvements
Work closely with Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams as well as the founders

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience as a Product Manager
3+ years in a leadership role
Deep personal passion for crypto and NFTs
Passion for dynamics of multi-sided marketplaces
World-class PM communication skills
Excellent cross-functional leadership in a hyper-fast-paced environment
Experience working and building products in the crypto and/or NFT industry
Experience in the domain of marketplace optimization and growth
