About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overseeing and actively managing the DAO’s treasury assets to maximize yield and minimize risk.
- Work closely with the Head of the DAO and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure financial health, transparency, and strategic planning for future liquidity events.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in crypto trading, treasury management, or DeFi strategy.
- Deep understanding of decentralized and centralized trading platforms.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing asset management and tokenomics strategies.
- Strong quantitative skills with experience building pricing models and simulating buyback strategies linked to revenue or usage growth.
- Familiarity with tokenomics, liquidity mining, staking, and DAO governance.
- Experience deploying and managing DeFi liquidity pools across major chains and DEXs.
- Advanced data analytics and dashboarding skills (e.g., Dune, Nansen, Flipside, custom SQL dashboards).
- High integrity and a DAO-first mindset with comfort operating transparently.
