Requirements

What you’ll need

Expertise in Solidity
Smart Contract Security knowledge
Strong understanding of blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and DeFi/DAO infrastructure
Proven experience in gas optimization and writing performant smart contract code
Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and remote teams
Familiarity with blockchain development tools such as Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry, Remix, and Ganache
Experience writing unit and integration tests for smart contracts using tools like Mocha, Chai, or similar
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with pseudonymous collaboration and the ethos of privacy in Web3
