Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally with DeFi, trading, or fintech applications.
Strong user research & data-driven design approach – wireframing, A/B testing, and iterating based on analytics.
Expert at managing all things Figma - UI Kits, prototyping, developer handoff, component libraries.
Experience in brand identity & aesthetics – creating visually compelling and intuitive UI/UX that aligns with Odos’ cutting-edge reputation.
Collaboration with developers & product teams – working efficiently with Dev Mode, front-end engineers, and cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to build and scale design systems across multiple products and platforms.
Excellent communication skills to confidently and clearly articulate thoughts.
Self-starter who proactively looks for opportunities to contribute to the team, and can work independently on deliverables.
