- Ensuring technical excellence and execution efficiency, aligning with Odos' strategic objectives.
- Managing projects, optimizing workflows, and maintaining a high bar for quality and performance in a fast-paced DeFi environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role (Engineering Manager, Lead Engineer, or Director).
- Proven track record managing and scaling high-performing engineering teams (frontend, backend, and infra).
- Deep expertise in Python (FastAPI), React/Next.js, Solidity, and AWS.
- Infrastructure and cloud engineering expertise (AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
- Database management (PostgreSQL, Redis) and experience optimizing queries for large-scale applications.
- Frontend development with strong React, Tailwind CSS, and Web3 integrations.
- Strong understanding of smart contract security, audits, and best practices.
- Ability to balance strategic decision-making with hands-on execution.
- Expertise in DevOps, software development processes, and agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate between technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.
