About the role
- Support the Product Manager in executing the product roadmap and feature rollouts.
- Translate product initiatives into clear product documentation, workflows, and guidelines.
- Track product initiatives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist with prioritisation of product enhancements based on business and user needs.
- Act as a central point of coordination between Product, Education, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
- Gather, structure, and prioritise user feedback, feature requests, and pain points.
- Ensure internal teams are informed and enabled around product updates and changes.
- Monitor product adoption, engagement, and usage trends.
- Analyse user behaviour and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support testing, experiments, and iterative enhancements to product offerings.
- Conduct competitor and market research within the DeFi, SaaS, and education space.
- Own and maintain product documentation, FAQs, release notes, and internal knowledge bases.
- Create and support product training materials for internal teams.
- Assist with go-to-market support for new features or product updates.
- Ensure a high-quality user experience by validating product flows against defined requirements.
- Support post-launch reviews and continuous improvement cycles.
- Identify gaps or friction points in the user journey and propose solutions.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a Product, Product Operations, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong experience supporting Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to turn business needs and user insights into structured product outputs.
- Analytical mindset with experience working with product metrics and qualitative feedback.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, and scaling environment.
- Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, Web3, FinTech, or EdTech environments.
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working (non-technical).
- Experience using product and collaboration tools (e.g. Notion, Jira, ClickUp, Productboard, Confluence).
- Basic understanding of DeFi concepts or strong interest in the crypto/Web3 space
