About the role

  • Welcome and assist internal clients, remotely or in person, using the platforms provided by Decathlon;
  • Act as the focal point for clients regarding IT processes and new technologies;
  • Work aligned with the business area to ensure a structured approach to project management, operations, negotiations with external consultancies, and related opportunities;
  • Provide clients with industry best practices and sustainable long-term solutions;
  • Manage requests directed to external consultancies;
  • Ensure communication and transparency regarding service/project results and issues to stakeholders through meetings, presentations, and status reports;
  • Stay attentive to the needs of other team members;
  • Share knowledge about the application of new technologies to ensure business continuity;
  • Define solution architecture rules for the implementation of new projects;
  • Continually seek industry best practices for problem solving;
  • Periodically report on activities under your responsibility;
  • Ensure that resources (functional analysts and developers) assigned to projects or improvements deliver activities within agreed deadlines;
  • Apply the governance rules established for the IT team;
  • Identify potential failures and propose solutions for governance issues in the area.

Requirements

  • University degree in Technology and/or related fields;
  • SAP FI/CO;
  • SQL;
  • Experience with AWS microservices;
  • Knowledge of other modules that integrate with FI;
  • ABAP (debugging);
  • Logical thinking and programming;
  • Agile methodologies;
  • Advanced English;
