About the role

  • Financial Cycle Management: Monitor monthly close processes, prepare the budget and perform forecast revisions for the operations areas.
  • Variance Analysis: Explain variances between Actuals vs Budget/Forecast, identifying root causes and trends.
  • KPI Monitoring: Track and report critical indicators that impact profitability and operational efficiency (productivity, hourly cost, transport and logistics efficiency, inventory turnover, among others).
  • Business Partnering: Support managers in understanding their cost centers, assisting with data-driven decision making.
  • Efficiency and Action Plans: Identify opportunities to optimize expenses and support the creation and monitoring of action plans to correct deviations.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in FP&A.
  • Advanced Excel (financial modeling) and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Analytical and resilient profile, able to connect numbers to the business and translate operational performance for senior management.
