About the role
- Partner with Account Executives to discover, qualify, and design solutions that deliver measurable ROI for enterprise customers.
- Rapidly assess a customer’s technology stack and requirements, translating them into an integration strategy for Decagon’s platform.
- Develop custom demonstrations on the Decagon platform tailored to customer-specific needs and value drivers.
- Establish scalable pre-sales processes, technical playbooks, and reusable assets to support growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise prospects and customers, guiding them through how Decagon’s AI-native platform integrates into their technology environments to unlock measurable business value.
- Define best practices for technical solutioning, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and set the standard for how Decagon engages with enterprises at scale.
- Establish technical credibility with stakeholders across the C-suite, business functions, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales Consultant.
- Ability to quickly understand complex enterprise technology stacks and connect them to Decagon’s platform capabilities.
- Demonstrated success engaging with large organizations and aligning solutions with strategic business outcomes.
- Strong technical proficiency in developing tailored demos, proofs-of-concept, and solution architectures.
- 2+ years of direct AI/Generative AI sales engineering experience. (Even Better If)
