About the role
- Partner with company leaders and Co-Founders to help scale GTM teams
- Own and execute full-cycle recruiting to engage with and close top talent
- Build and optimize interview processes for speed and efficiency
- Operate with a one-team mindset to meet bold team-wide hiring goals
- Collaborate with the Talent team to shape org design and define hiring standards
- Leverage Gen AI-native approaches to improve Talent operations and velocity
Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role
- Built and scaled top talent teams in competitive markets
- Effective communicator and adept at building strong partnerships with stakeholders and candidates
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and a fast paced environment
- Bring deep knowledge of the AI talent landscape and a network of top-tier candidates (Even better)
- Use data proactively to unblock hiring challenges and inform decision-making (Even better)
- Have a sharp eye for talent and a clear philosophy on what separates the exceptional from the great (Even better)
- Willingness to work in-office in San Francisco five days a week (application asks)
