About the role

  • Supports the organization’s compensation and workforce analytics functions
  • Responsible for compensation analysis, salary administration, market benchmarking, and reporting to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices
  • Assists with physician compensation reconciliation and provides workforce analytics and reporting to support strategic decision-making across the organization
  • Provides data-driven insights that support workforce planning, pay equity, and total rewards strategies

Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience in compensation analysis, HR analytics or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of compensation principles, salary benchmarking, and pay equity analysis
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights for leadership
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems and workforce analytics platforms preferred
  • Familiarity with physician compensation models and productivity metrics (wRVUs) preferred
