About the role

  • Data Product Development: Lead the conception, design, and development of innovative data products, focusing on AI and GenAI applications to address complex challenges and deliver significant user value.
  • AI Integration & Strategy: Utilize AI technologies, including NLP, NLU, machine learning, and GenAI, to elevate our product offerings. Keep abreast of AI trends and regulatory requirements to ensure our products are innovative and compliant.
  • Change Management: Direct change initiatives to integrate new data technologies and methodologies, enhancing our AI capabilities and optimizing data assets for maximum effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align product visions with business objectives. Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, analytics, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and successful market launches.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in product management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Product Management, including experience with data quality improvement, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a history of leveraging data to inform product decisions and improve performance.
  • Experience with data governance and quality frameworks in support of AI product development.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Generative AI technologies is highly desirable.
  • Technical Proficiency: working knowledge of Python, SQL, and advanced data visualization tools required. Demonstrated ability to enhance data quality within AI-driven projects. A relevant degree (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strategic Vision: Exceptional strategic thinking with the capability to navigate AI product development complexities and market introductions. Experience in embedding data quality into product strategies.
  • Leadership in Innovation: Knowledge in best practices for data quality and governance within AI projects.
  • Adaptability to Change: Agile and adaptable in the fast-evolving AI landscape. Committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest AI and GenAI trends.
