Product Analyst

• Own the Product Analytics Strategy: From event taxonomy and instrumentation to reporting, you will lead our approach to product data.
• Govern Data Assets: Design, maintain, and govern the Product Events Dictionary and associated workbooks to ensure data consistency and quality.
• Automate Reporting: Create and automate essential reports and dashboards covering product adoption, user behavior, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Surface Insights: Write and distribute a Product Analytics Newsletter or similar, surfacing trends and insights that drive action across the company.
• Embed Data in Product Development: Partner with Product Ops and Product Managers to integrate key metrics into every roadmap and Product Requirements Document (PRD).

• Design System Ownership — Create and evolve a unified design framework (components, UX patterns, accessibility standards) that all PMs and engineers can use.
• Enablement & Templates — Build reusable templates, prompt libraries, and review checklists for flows, UI copy, and visual consistency using v0 and AI design tools.
• AI-Assisted Design Workflows — Operationalize how PMs prototype, test, and iterate using AI (v0, Figma plugins or internal agents).

Principal Product Designer

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of one of our core product areas, taking accountability for driving measurable business impact and maximising value creation.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Go-To-Market teams to lead hypothesis-driven discovery, shape commercially viable solutions, and build systems that learn and grow.
• Define and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap, aligned with company objectives and focused on driving measurable business outcomes.

• Maintain and enhance modern IT infrastructure for an international pipeline generation platform
• Provide IT support for ~190 Windows, MacOS, Android and iOS endpoints across a global remote-first organisation
• Manage employee onboarding and off-boarding processes ensuring seamless transitions and compliance
• Lead and manage IT & security projects focused on AI-based automations and intelligent workflow solutions, independently managing timelines and deliverables
