Sales Development Rep

• Your role will be to qualify and engage potential customers, ultimately driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the DACH region.
• Your mission is to transform interest into opportunity by qualifying warm leads, uncovering pain points, and setting our Account Executives up for success.
• Your daily activities will be completed primarily by telephone, email and LinkedIn, but will also include other methods such as video and voice-notes, for example.
• You’ll utilise a question-based and value-led approach to establish connections with inbound leads, as well as using our targeting criteria, intent and signal data to engage accounts showing high levels of interest in Dealfront.
• Our SDR’s occasionally attend networking events whenever necessary, to build relationships and generate leads, as well as ad-hoc in person team building events and coaching.

Sales Development Representative, DACH

DevOps Engineer

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Site Reliability Engineers responsible for our hybrid cloud infrastructure in AWS, with an on-premise extension in Hetzner .
• Design, document, and lead the implementation of reliable and secure infrastructure solutions following industry best practices.
• Oversee technical analysis, cost estimation and optimization, platform and system design, architectural compliance, resource planning, and delivery milestones.
• Engage in hands-on technical work alongside the team to maintain deep understanding of the infrastructure, and lead incident response during critical issues.
• Define team goals and strategy, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the organisation.
• Manage and coordinate the on-call rotation, including escalation processes, across infrastructure and software engineering teams.

Product Manager

• Own the product experience: Drive the cohesive experience layer across the product, including onboarding, navigation, global entry states, empty states, next best actions, upgrade flows but also core product experiences such as automations, integrations.
• Define information architecture and mental model: Map and evolve the structure, naming, and mental model that helps users understand where they are, what they can do, why it matters and connect it to our marketing and messaging.
• Design customer journeys and flows: Map and design end-to-end user journeys across multiple product areas, ensuring the “red thread” from sign-up to first value to repeat value.
• Prototype and produce high-fidelity UX: Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs by leveraging AI, that engineers can build from, refining concepts into polished user experiences.
• Lead user research: Plan and run qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, usability tests, concept validation, and experiment learnings.
• Craft product and UX copy: Own key UX microcopy and product messaging inside the UI to reduce friction and increase clarity, confidence, and action.
• Product Management: Work throughout the full product development cycle with engineering and PM counterparts, from discovery to build to testing to post-release evaluation.
• Create reusable experience patterns: Establish patterns and conventions for flows, components, empty states, default states, and guidance that core teams can adopt.
• Leverage data and AI: Use analytics and AI tooling to identify friction, accelerate prototyping, speed up iteration, and inform decision-making.

Product Experience Manager

• Data Product Development: Lead the conception, design, and development of innovative data products, focusing on AI and GenAI applications to address complex challenges and deliver significant user value.
• AI Integration & Strategy: Utilize AI technologies, including NLP, NLU, machine learning, and GenAI, to elevate our product offerings. Keep abreast of AI trends and regulatory requirements to ensure our products are innovative and compliant.
• Change Management: Direct change initiatives to integrate new data technologies and methodologies, enhancing our AI capabilities and optimizing data assets for maximum effectiveness.

Senior Data Product Manager – Company and Contact Data, AI/ML Focus

Analyst

• Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, including target identification, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning.
• Prepare detailed financial models, including valuation analyses (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions) and accretion/dilution analysis.
• Support the due diligence process by coordinating internal and external teams (legal, accounting, operational) and managing data room activities.
• Draft and prepare presentations, memos, and reports for senior leadership and the Board of Directors regarding potential transactions and strategic rationale.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential acquisition targets that align with Dealfront’s strategic goals.

Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst

Marketing

• DACH Revenue Ownership: Own and drive revenue marketing execution across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, contributing directly to demand creation, demand capture, and pipeline progression in the region.
• Global-to-Local Strategy Translation: Translate global demand generation and campaign strategies into locally relevant programs tailored to DACH market dynamics, buyer expectations, and language requirements.
• Regional Campaign Planning & Delivery: Plan and execute integrated regional campaigns across content, paid media, organic channels, events, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives, with a clear focus on B2B SaaS audiences.
• Funnel & Pipeline Management: Balance top- and mid-funnel demand generation with bottom-of-funnel programs that support pipeline acceleration, deal progression, and conversion in collaboration with Sales.
• Sales Alignment (DACH): Partner closely with regional Sales leadership and account teams to align on ICPs, priority segments, target accounts, and pipeline goals specific to the DACH region.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with central Content, SEO, Paid Media, Product Marketing, and RevOps teams to ensure cohesive execution while advocating for DACH-specific needs.
• Hands-On Execution: Operate as a hands-on marketer, directly owning execution across channels and continuously optimising performance.
• Performance Tracking & Optimisation: Monitor and optimise regional performance using metrics such as pipeline contribution, conversion rates, CAC, and ROI.
• Regional Insight Sharing: Feed DACH-specific market insights, customer feedback, and performance learnings back into the wider demand and product marketing teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Test, iterate, and improve regional programs to increase efficiency, relevance, and revenue impact.

Revenue Marketing Manager – DACH

• Define and execute the partner marketing strategy across Dealfront’s ecosystem (strategic tech partners, agencies, affiliates)
• Lead co-marketing initiatives with key partners, including collaboration announcements and joint go-to-market campaigns
• Translate Dealfront’s global demand marketing programs into partner-ready campaigns and assets
• Create partner-specific content to enable partners selling Dealfront to B2B sales, marketing, and RevOps teams
• Drive demand generation initiatives focused on recruiting new, high-quality partners
