Controller

• Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and lead GAAP audits
• Oversee an existing accounting team and continue to develop and mentor staff
• Drive financial reporting accuracy and timeliness, including consolidated reporting and monthly deliverables
• Own ASC 606 revenue recognition, R&D capitalization (ASC 350-40), and purchase accounting (ASC 805) documentation
• Build and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the accounting function
• Own the ERP strategy
• Support international operations, including multi-entity and intercompany accounting
• Drive multi-state sales tax compliance and federal/state income tax
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, RevOps, Legal, and executive leadership
• Manage and develop the accounting team
