About the role
- Manage a team of Territory Sales Directors (TSD) within the assigned region
- Own overall responsibility for meeting monthly regional and assigned sales quotas
- Implement and drive individual accountability across the team in accordance with the Lead Science sales process
- Hire, train, manage, and retain a team of sales professionals
- Establish and build close relationships with lawyers, law firms, and contractors
- Enforce sales standards and practices that create quality sales
- Achieve revenue goals with accurate forecasting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
- 5+ years B2B sales and sales management experience
- Motivated leader who drives the Region to new growth and development
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Dependable, follows instructions and takes initiative to solve problems and maximizes team member productivity
- Ability to plan and manage time effectively
