About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a day to day key relationship manager between Dealer Tire and assigned Dealers primarily via telephone and web based communications
- Create and leverage OEM and Dealer relationships to manage, support, and grow the OEM Tire and light maintenance programs
- Research, develop and recommend high impact business plans and strategies with Dealer decision makers
- Guide them in managing these plans to maximize the benefits of the OEM Tire and light maintenance programs
- Identify new business opportunities for Dealer Tire and assigned Dealers through alliance partner field contacts
- Develop account strategies to increase revenues and improve customer loyalty
- Meet internal and external productivity goals
