About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end performance across multiple dealership locations, driving tire and Maintenance & Light Repair (MLR) growth
- Translate market data into actionable strategies that improve revenue, penetration, and customer retention
- Analyze KPIs (RO trends, pricing, alignment sales, and competitive positioning) to identify opportunities and risks
- Drive execution of pricing, inventory, and product strategies to maximize profitability across the district
- Directly lead and develop a team of Tire Service Advisors and frontline leaders across your market
- Build a strong bench through hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning
- Ensure consistent execution of Dealer Tire’s service model, tools, and standards across all locations
- Act as the primary partner to Service Managers, General Managers, Parts Managers, and OEM stakeholders
- Maintain a strong in-market presence, spending the majority of time in dealerships coaching, inspecting, and driving execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven success leading multi-site operations or district-level teams
- Strong ability to coach, influence, and drive behavior change in the field
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Experience building partnerships with senior dealership leadership
- Track record of delivering sales growth, operational improvements, and team development.
