• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies that drive qualified leads and measurable pipeline growth.
• Own and optimize outbound lead generation programs, including cold email campaigns, email nurture sequences, and MQL processes.
• Run digital advertising programs (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, etc.) and/or advertising campaign (endemic, programmatic, etc.) focused on awareness and conversion.
• Leverage HubSpot to segment audiences, define & automate campaigns, and analyze performance and use learnings to optimize performance.
• Oversee content strategy and creation across multiple channels—emails, web, collateral, videos, and sales decks.
• Partner with product and sales teams to translate technical features into compelling, benefit-driven messaging.
• Build and maintain thought leadership and industry positioning across the builder and smart home ecosystem through whitepapers, case studies and more.
• Develop sales collateral, presentations, case studies, and competitive positioning materials.
• Create and maintain training material and resources for our trade partners.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align marketing programs with business goals and target accounts.
• Assist with setting strategy and execution for trade events, industry shows, and local builder events, along with nurturing leads that are generated from the show.
• Oversee design, budget and production of product displays, and define/execute on the ideal model home experiences that brings awareness and elevate the Deako brand.
• Establish clear KPIs for marketing programs and track ROI across digital and offline channels.
• Continuously analyze campaign performance and market trends to inform strategy.
• Manage marketing budget, vendors, and agency relationships efficiently.

Sales

• Develop and execute the builder sales strategy with a focus on the top national and regional builders.
• Build market entry strategies for new channels and future launches and partner with executive leadership to align sales priorities with company growth objectives.
• Lead sales engagement with the largest builders in the U.S., from national agreements to division-level adoption.
• Negotiate and secure enterprise-wide builder partnerships that deliver revenue growth and ensure consistent adoption and expansion across new divisions and communities.
• Forecast sales using data to provide an accurate assessment of expected revenue generation and drive pipeline development to achieve revenue targets.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing builder sales team and create scalable programs, incentives, and sales motions.
• Support integrator and EC sales motions where they intersect with builder programs and partner with Marketing and Product to ensure builder success and adoption.

Support Engineer

• Provide outstanding phone and email support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
• Assist with hardware installation, basic electrical troubleshooting, and software/app support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with home automation integrations, including Alarm.com, Control4, Savant, Josh.ai, Crestron Home, Google Home, Alexa, and more.
• Create documentation for end users on common troubleshooting steps.
• Diagnose and provide clear advice to solve problems related to our smart home devices and mobile applications.
• Support integrators and electricians in configuring devices.
• Log all correspondence and actions in the company's systems to maintain a comprehensive record and improve product development.
• Escalate customer issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
• Perform administrative support tasks, such as processing invoices, shipments, and returns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams and participate in team huddles.
