About the role
- Manage and optimize DDN’s GSS logistics network, UPS-SCS to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products globally
- Forward and reverse logistics and planning teams oversight
- Oversee and ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including IOR/EOR requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with IOR/EOR partners and coordinate global trade and strategic planning activities
- Work directly with the factory on open order backlogs
- Control costs to ensure adherence to budget
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline logistics processes and improve overall efficiency
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure continuous compliance and innovation
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
- 5 years of global logistics experience
- SFDC experience is a plus
- Oracle experience is a plus
- Familiarity with UPS-SCS as a partner is a plus
- Strong capabilities using Excel required
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally
