About the role

Lead the Infinia efforts to create a world-class DevOps environment that provides competitive differentiation for the business
Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to drive an optimal developer experience
Ensure infrastructure is highly available and performant
Implement and manage developer tools, security tooling, artifact management, and process tools
Manage, lead, and grow individual contributors of the organization
Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed
Drive improvements in code coverage, reduce test time, increase fidelity, and increase efficiency
Collaborate with engineering, QA, security, and product teams to deliver reliable AI/HPC data infrastructure

12+ years of professional experience
5+ years of experience managing a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Engineering team
Have helped to improve code coverage, drive down test time, increase fidelity, and increase efficiency
Experience optimizing CI/CD pipelines
Hands-on experience with DevOps or SRE style work
Experience managing a team using modern DevOps tooling
Experience with Developer Tools (GitHub, IaC/Ansible, etc)
Experience with Security Tools and analysis (linting, Asan, CVE, etc)
Experience with artifact management and process tools (Jira, etc)
Ability to manage, lead, and grow individual contributors
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support
