About the role
- Lead the Infinia efforts to create a world-class DevOps environment that provides competitive differentiation for the business
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to drive an optimal developer experience
- Ensure infrastructure is highly available and performant
- Implement and manage developer tools, security tooling, artifact management, and process tools
- Manage, lead, and grow individual contributors of the organization
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed
- Drive improvements in code coverage, reduce test time, increase fidelity, and increase efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, security, and product teams to deliver reliable AI/HPC data infrastructure
Requirements
- 12+ years of professional experience
- 5+ years of experience managing a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Engineering team
- Have helped to improve code coverage, drive down test time, increase fidelity, and increase efficiency
- Experience optimizing CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience with DevOps or SRE style work
- Experience managing a team using modern DevOps tooling
- Experience with Developer Tools (GitHub, IaC/Ansible, etc)
- Experience with Security Tools and analysis (linting, Asan, CVE, etc)
- Experience with artifact management and process tools (Jira, etc)
- Ability to manage, lead, and grow individual contributors
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support
