About the role
- You maintain accurate project financial records and ensure transactions are recorded correctly.
- You review and post entries to the general ledger and reconcile subsidiary accounts with confidence.
- You partner with project teams to track, measure, and monitor financial performance so there are no surprises.
- You support Concur administration by ensuring expense reports are processed and projects are properly set up.
- You help lead month end close activities and keep everything on track.
- You review and approve supplier invoices to make sure costs align with project budgets.
- You audit project documentation including contracts and change orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- You prepare detailed balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports that help leadership make informed decisions.
Requirements
- You bring at least five years of accounting or finance experience.
- You are highly skilled in Excel and comfortable working with complex data.
- Experience in the material handling industry is a plus.
