• You will develop and maintain project roadmaps for clients to communicate timelines and milestones clearly.
• You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
• You will assist in creating visually appealing presentations that align with brand guidelines.
• You will attend client meetings, write concise summaries, and follow up on outstanding items.
• You will collaborate closely with other Client Partners to ensure client concerns are understood and addressed.
• You will act as the link between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• You will take on internal, project-related administrative tasks (e.g., maintaining Zoho, project planning in Asana).
• You will create and manage proposals in BC365 (our financial management tool) and support the signing and approval process.

• You participate in client meetings

• You handle internal project-related administrative tasks
• You create and manage proposals in Business Central 365 (BC365)

Account Manager

• You take care of some of the most exciting digital brands.
• You keep an eye on deadlines and resolve potential hurdles to ensure projects are completed on time.
• You develop and maintain project roadmaps for clients to clearly communicate timelines and milestones.
• You work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
• You support the creation of visually engaging presentations that align with brand guidelines.
• You attend client meetings, write precise summaries, and follow up on open topics.
• You collaborate closely with other Client Partners to ensure client needs are understood and addressed.
• You act as the link between clients and internal teams , ensuring clear and effective communication.
• You handle internal, project-related administrative tasks (e.g. updating Zoho, project planning in Asana).
• You create and manage offers in BC365 (our financial management tool) and oversee the signing and approval process.
