About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver error‑free, engaging and brand‑aligned puzzle content with 100% completion of QA standards prior to release, maintaining consistency across all formats and markets.
Produce and deliver multi‑format puzzle content to agreed schedules and budgets, achieving on‑time delivery targets and zero duplication across platforms and territories.
Use audience, engagement and performance data to refine puzzle formats, difficulty levels and themes, improving retention and usage metrics over time.
Actively contribute to the improvement of the Alph puzzle‑generation engine by testing outputs, identifying defects and recommending enhancements to increase automation accuracy and reduce manual effort.
Ensure all content is culturally appropriate and linguistically accurate across target markets, maintaining compliance with editorial standards and audience sensitivities.
Work effectively across editorial, product, commercial and technology teams to align content with product goals, customer needs and revenue opportunities.

Specialist Advice - Provides authoritative advice on puzzle design, linguistic accuracy and content standards, influencing product and tooling decisions.
Testing - Executes systematic testing of content outputs and automated systems, identifying defects and ensuring readiness for release.
Innovation - Applies creative thinking to improve content formats and contribute to new product features, informed by market and audience insight.
Programming / Software Tools - Uses digital tools and platforms, including puzzle‑generation engines, to create and manage outputs efficiently.
Artificial Intelligence & Data Application - Applies practical understanding of AI‑driven content generation tools, contributing structured feedback to improve model outputs and data quality.
