About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supporting order management, billing, reconciliation, and reporting activities
Reviewing orders for accuracy and completeness before processing
Supporting billing processes to ensure revenue is invoiced correctly
Identifying and resolving issues that could lead to revenue leakage
Supporting pipeline and forecast data validation
Assisting with monthly reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
Maintaining high-quality, accurate data in CRM and finance systems
Working with Sales and Finance to improve data quality and process adherence
Contributing ideas and supporting initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual work

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience supporting **order-to-cash, billing, revenue or commercial operations processes**
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and control
Confidence working with data and identifying inconsistencies or issues
Practical problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
Experience using **CRM and/or finance systems** as core tools
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Delivery)
You'll be someone who:
Takes ownership and follows through on tasks
Spots issues early and suggests improvements
Works collaboratively and builds strong working relationships
Is naturally curious and motivated to improve processes
