About the role

  • Assist in the development of project plans for clients.
  • Support strategic planning by providing research and data and assist in executing planned strategies under senior guidance.
  • Support the preparation of proposal documents and client onboarding processes.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet specified quality standards.
  • Work with other departments to ensure that timelines for deliverables are being met.
  • Research client industries and trends to share with the Account Manager.
  • Assist in brainstorming sessions to develop new creative concepts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to suggest innovative ideas.
  • Source and clearly brief suppliers, such as photographers, videographers and contractors.
  • Support in the administration of client accounts.
  • Support the creation of high quality, insightful project performance reports for clients.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Effective writing skills
  • Must be fluent in English
  • IT literacy
  • A formal qualification in marketing, communications, business or similar
  • Experience in a client-facing environment.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing and communications.
  • Agency experience and knowledge of the oil & gas industry.
  • Skills in digital marketing, content marketing, and media relations.
