About the role
- Assist in the development of project plans for clients.
- Support strategic planning by providing research and data and assist in executing planned strategies under senior guidance.
- Support the preparation of proposal documents and client onboarding processes.
- Ensure all deliverables meet specified quality standards.
- Work with other departments to ensure that timelines for deliverables are being met.
- Research client industries and trends to share with the Account Manager.
- Assist in brainstorming sessions to develop new creative concepts.
- Stay updated on industry trends to suggest innovative ideas.
- Source and clearly brief suppliers, such as photographers, videographers and contractors.
- Support in the administration of client accounts.
- Support the creation of high quality, insightful project performance reports for clients.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills
- Effective writing skills
- Must be fluent in English
- IT literacy
- A formal qualification in marketing, communications, business or similar
- Experience in a client-facing environment.
- Understanding of B2B marketing and communications.
- Agency experience and knowledge of the oil & gas industry.
- Skills in digital marketing, content marketing, and media relations.
