About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in the development of project plans for clients.
Support strategic planning by providing research and data and assist in executing planned strategies under senior guidance.
Support the preparation of proposal documents and client onboarding processes.
Ensure all deliverables meet specified quality standards.
Work with other departments to ensure that timelines for deliverables are being met.
Research client industries and trends to share with the Account Manager.
Assist in brainstorming sessions to develop new creative concepts.
Stay updated on industry trends to suggest innovative ideas.
Source and clearly brief suppliers, such as photographers, videographers and contractors.
Support in the administration of client accounts.
Support the creation of high quality, insightful project performance reports for clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Exceptional communication skills
Effective writing skills
Must be fluent in English
IT literacy
A formal qualification in marketing, communications, business or similar
Experience in a client-facing environment.
Understanding of B2B marketing and communications.
Agency experience and knowledge of the oil & gas industry.
Skills in digital marketing, content marketing, and media relations.
