About the role
- Manage corporate projects from conception through closure, ensuring adherence to internal methodologies based on PMBOK and agile practices (Scrum, Kanban).
- Act as the primary facilitator between technical teams, business areas, vendors and executive stakeholders.
- Define and structure the project plan, artifacts, schedule, S-curve, cost baseline and control mechanisms.
- Monitor progress and financial performance, ensuring compliance with the baseline and taking preventive actions on deviations.
- Manage sensitive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, mediating conflicts and ensuring a collaborative environment.
- Manage IT infrastructure projects, cloud migrations, information security, technology modernization and implementation of management systems.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Business Administration or related fields.
- PMI certification or postgraduate specialization in project management.
- Experience in projects aligned with PMBOK best practices.
- Experience in medium- and long-term, high-complexity software projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with the business environment.
- Advanced experience with MS Project, SAP, Jira, SharePoint.
- Intermediate English.
- Experience implementing third-party systems (PPM / Claims/Litigation) is a plus.
- Agile certification (Scrum Master and/or Product Owner).
- Experience working with agile teams, preferably Scrum teams.
- Experience delivering projects using the Scrum agile methodology.
- Experience with legacy system and SAP version upgrade projects.
- Migration of Windows environments to Azure.
- Modernization of remote access (VPN, firewall, application proxy).
- Migration of Active Directories (AD) to Azure.
- Migration of remaining T-Systems data center environments to Azure.
- Migration from CSP to Global Azure.
