About the role
- Coordinate the planning of the project workstreams; execute and monitor tasks according to the defined scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and profiles, ensuring integration and synergy among teams for alignment and execution of activities.
- Ensure project governance and adherence to established cadences with all stakeholders.
- Prepare technical and executive reports; communicate milestones and status to stakeholders.
- Update schedules and manage activities and dependencies.
- Ensure that deliverables are completed on time and meet expected quality standards.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
- Drive continuous improvement, helping teams identify opportunities.
- Create and track project, quality, performance, and resilience KPIs.
- Facilitate alignment between teams.
- Orchestrate activities across different teams and business units.
- Conduct operational status meetings and present project status to the Executive Committee.
- Ensure activities proceed as planned and define action plans when adjustments are needed.
- Continuously update the project plan, schedule, documentation, and reports.
- Participate in technical meetings to influence teams in identifying opportunities, risks, or dependencies that should be aligned with other business units.
- Monitor operations related to the project workstreams.
- Perform financial control.
Requirements
- Solid experience managing complex projects and preparing executive reports.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical thinking and results orientation.
- Consultative profile with initiative and proactivity to drive improvements and collaboratively solve problems.
- Advanced English.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- PMP or PMI-ACP certification or specialization in Project Management.
- Agile certification (Scrum Master and/or Product Owner).
- Experience with project management tools: MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow.
- Experience with dashboard and reporting tools: advanced MS Excel, Power BI.
- Experience in tax/fiscal projects.
