About the role

  • Working in project management, Project Management Office (PMO), governance, and agile methodologies.
  • Moving across different organizational contexts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in project management and/or working in agile environments.
  • Practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models.
  • Ability to plan, monitor, and report on projects (for teams and leadership).
  • Experience facilitating meetings, rituals, and workshops.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset for KPIs, deadlines, risks, and deliverables.
  • Organization, autonomy, and a sense of priorities.
