About the role

  • Develop high-level executive (“board-level”) presentations with refined aesthetics, clear narrative and a focus on impact.
  • Translate complex content (strategy, KPIs, status, roadmaps, governance) into visual stories that engage stakeholders and facilitate decision-making.
  • Create and evolve corporate templates (layouts, grids, color palettes, typography, iconography), ensuring visual consistency and corporate identity.
  • Serve as the internal reference for presentation design, raising the quality standard of the organization’s materials.
  • Build advanced spreadsheets with a high level of complexity, including:
  • - Robust formulas and complex calculations.
  • - Data modeling.
  • - Dynamic tables and charts.
  • Create smart Excel templates focused on standardization, scalability and ease of use.
  • Develop and maintain macros and automations (VBA) to optimize processes, reduce manual effort and mitigate errors.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy and reliability of the information presented.

Requirements

  • **Mandatory Requirements:**
  • **PowerPoint:**
  • Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint.
  • Strong visual design skills (layout, information hierarchy, typography, color).
  • Executive storytelling and data storytelling.
  • Experience creating institutional and strategic presentations.
  • **Excel:**
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Complex formulas (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, dynamic array formulas, etc.).
  • Practical knowledge of principles that make data easy to understand, reliable and actionable—especially for executive audiences.
  • VBA / Macros.
  • Structuring reusable models and templates.
  • **Desired Qualifications:**
  • Experience preparing presentations for Boards, Executive Committees and senior leadership.
  • Background in complex, demanding corporate environments.
  • Familiarity with design thinking or storytelling methodologies.
  • Previous experience in areas such as IT Governance, BI, or Finance.
