About the role

  • Conduct immersion sessions with users to understand real pain points and needs.
  • Elicit and document requirements as user stories and/or functional specifications.
  • Translate business requests into technically feasible solutions for the development team.
  • Act as a bridge between users and the technical team, clarifying doubts and negotiating timelines, scope and priorities.
  • Validate that delivered work meets what was agreed with users.
  • Support users during acceptance testing, homologation, and in the first days of using the solution after deployment.
  • Coordinate and monitor production deployments, ensuring support during assisted production.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes, proposing innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience analyzing and eliciting functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience with backlog/project management tools (Azure DevOps, MS Project, Jira, Trello, etc.).
  • Ability to perform functional testing and validate deliverables.
  • Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, and system architecture.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to translate technical language for the business.
  • Negotiation skills and expectation management.
  • Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Consultative and collaborative mindset, acting as a facilitator between areas.
