About the role
- Oversee all aspects of global operations including strategy, finance, sales, marketing, HR, and compliance.
- Develop and execute business plans that align with global objectives and drive sustainable growth.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
- Represent the company in key client engagements, partnerships, and industry forums.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience, ideally in a high-growth, international company.
- Technically savvy to configure operating applications like in CRM, Accounting and others
- Proven track record of scaling operations, driving profitability, and leading diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of global business regulations, financial oversight, and organizational development.
- Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Experience working with global teams and managing cross-border collaboration.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
