About the role

  • Responsibility for the Jira product, including monitoring and administration
  • Central point of contact for Jira requests, assessment and prioritization
  • Make decisions on the future-oriented use of Jira
  • Provide advice on the selection of new software and services
  • Find solutions together with the team and develop decision proposals
  • Coordinate service providers and communicate to find solutions
  • Support lifecycle management of dbh's application landscape

Requirements

  • Completed technical training, e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, or a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
  • Practical experience in product management and application management and their processes, especially with regard to Jira
  • Ideally: knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin centers, Confluence, and Windows operating systems
  • Proven knowledge of the Atlassian product portfolio, with a particular focus on Jira
  • Initial experience working on IT projects; project management certification is a plus
  • Assertiveness, independent and goal-oriented working style
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written (at least C1)
